Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using InviteFlow. Using our service means you agree to all the terms below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using InviteFlow, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our service. Use of the service by anyone under the age of 17 requires parental or guardian consent.
2. Service Description
InviteFlow is a digital invitation creation platform that allows users to create, personalize, and share wedding or event invitations online. The service includes design templates, opening animations, an RSVP system, and WhatsApp blast features for Premium users.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. User Content
You retain rights to the content you upload (photos, text, event information). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content in the context of InviteFlow's service. You may not upload content that infringes copyright, contains illegal material, or is harassing in nature.
5. Payment & Refund Policy
The Premium plan is a one-time payment — not a recurring subscription. Listed prices include applicable taxes. Due to the digital nature of the product, we do not provide refunds after payment is processed, except in the case of verified technical failures on our part. Contact our support within 48 hours if you experience payment issues.
6. Usage Restrictions
You may not: misuse the platform for spam or fraudulent purposes, attempt to damage or gain unauthorized access to our systems, resell service access to third parties, or use the service for content that violates applicable law. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain the highest possible service uptime but cannot guarantee 100% uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for losses arising from service disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time through account settings. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access if these terms are violated. After termination, your invitation data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via your registered email. Continued use of the service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, they will be settled through the competent courts in Jakarta, Indonesia.
